1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) is drafted in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data» (hereinafter — the Law on Personal Data) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure its security taken by the owner of the EXETERIC service (hereinafter — the Operator).
1.1. The Operator's most important goal and condition of its activity is the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
1.2. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors of the website exeteric.com and users of the EXETERIC Telegram bots: «Morpheus» (dream interpreter, @dreamsabot), «HD Consultant» (Human Design, @humandbot), «Predictor» (Matrix of Fate, @matrixobot) and «Astrologer» (@astroxibot), hereinafter collectively referred to as the Service.
1.3. By using the Service, the User agrees to the terms of this Policy. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Policy, the User must stop using the Service.
2. Basic Terms Used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computer technology.
2.2. Blocking of personal data — temporary suspension of processing of personal data (except for cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data).
2.3. Website — a set of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at the network address https://exeteric.com.
2.4. Personal data information system — a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing.
2.5. Depersonalization of personal data — actions that make it impossible to determine, without additional information, the ownership of personal data to a specific User or other subject of personal data.
2.6. Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
2.7. Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the Service.
2.8. User — any visitor of the website exeteric.com and/or user of the EXETERIC Telegram bots.
2.9. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons.
2.10. Dissemination of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or familiarizing an unlimited circle of persons with personal data, including publication in the media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way.
2.11. Cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to a foreign state authority, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity.
2.12. Destruction of personal data — any actions that result in the irrevocable destruction of personal data with the impossibility of further restoring the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or the destruction of material media containing personal data.

3.1. The Operator organizing and/or carrying out the processing of personal data is the owner of the website exeteric.com and the EXETERIC Telegram bots.

4. What Data Is Processed
4.1. Within the framework of using the Service, the Operator processes the following User data:
- the User's identifier in the Telegram messenger (Telegram ID) and the name specified in the profile;
- the content of messages sent by the User to the Service bots (dream descriptions, birth date, time and place data, questions and requests);
- the history of interaction with the Service (dream journal, saved profiles and calculations);
- data on the purchase of a paid subscription (order number, date, payment amount) — without payment card data, which is processed exclusively by the FreeKassa payment system;
- technical data automatically collected when visiting the website exeteric.com (cookies, IP address, browser and device information, visit statistics).
4.2. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data relating to racial or national origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health, or intimate life, except as provided by applicable law.
5. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data for the following purposes:
- providing access to the Service, its functions and materials (dream interpretation, natal chart, bodygraph, matrix of fate calculations, consultations);
- maintaining a dream journal and saved profiles at the User's request;
- processing payments and activating the Premium paid subscription;
- improving the quality of the Service, usage analysis and technical support;
- ensuring security and preventing abuse.
6. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing
6.1. Personal data processing is carried out on the basis of:
- the User's consent to the processing of his/her personal data;
- the performance of a contract (public offer) to which the User is a party;
- the legitimate interests of the Operator, provided that the rights and freedoms of the User are not violated.
7. Procedure and Conditions of Personal Data Processing
7.1. Personal data processing is carried out by the Operator with and without the use of automation tools.
7.2. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude unauthorized access to personal data.
7.3. The User's personal data is never, under any circumstances, transferred to third parties, except for cases related to the execution of applicable legislation, or if the User has given consent to the transfer of data to a third party for the performance of contractual obligations.
7.4. Payment data (card number, account details) is not processed or stored by the Operator. Subscription payment is made through the FreeKassa payment system, which processes and stores payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
7.5. If inaccuracies in personal data are found, the User can update them independently by sending the Operator a notification to the email address aixvz@exeteric.com marked «Personal data update».
7.6. The term of personal data processing is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which they were collected, unless a different term is provided by the contract or applicable law. The User may at any time withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending the Operator a notification to aixvz@exeteric.com marked «Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data».
7.7. All information collected by third-party services, including payment systems, communication services and other service providers, is stored and processed by these persons in accordance with their user agreements and privacy policies. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of the third parties specified in this clause.
7.8. The Operator stores personal data in a form that allows identifying the subject of personal data no longer than required by the purposes of personal data processing, unless a different term is established by law or contract.
8. List of Actions Performed by the Operator with Personal Data
8.1. The Operator collects, records, systematizes, accumulates, stores, clarifies (updates, changes), extracts, uses, transfers (distributes, provides, grants access), depersonalizes, blocks, deletes and destroys personal data.
8.2. The Operator performs automated processing of personal data with and/or without receiving and/or transferring the obtained information via information and telecommunication networks.
9. Rights and Obligations of the User
9.1. The User has the right to:
- receive information regarding the processing of his/her personal data, except in cases provided by federal laws;
- demand from the Operator the clarification of his/her personal data, their blocking or destruction, if the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, as well as send a request to stop processing personal data;
- appeal in the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or in court the unlawful actions or inaction of the Operator in the processing of his/her personal data.
9.2. The User is obliged to provide the Operator with reliable data about himself/herself and to report its clarification (updating, changing).
10. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
10.1. Before starting cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to notify the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects of its intention to carry out cross-border transfer of personal data.
10.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out only to the territory of foreign states that provide adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects, or in the presence of other legal grounds.
11. Confidentiality of Personal Data
11.1. The Operator and other persons who have gained access to personal data are obliged not to disclose to third parties and not to disseminate personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data, unless otherwise provided by federal law.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. The User can get any clarifications on issues related to the processing of his/her personal data by contacting the Operator via email aixvz@exeteric.com or Telegram @aixvz.
12.2. This document will reflect any changes in the Operator's personal data processing policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
