1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is an official offer (public offer) of the owner of the EXETERIC service (hereinafter — the Provider) to conclude an agreement on the terms set out below with any capable individual (hereinafter — the Customer) using the website exeteric.com and/or the EXETERIC Telegram bots: «Morpheus» (dream interpreter, @dreamsabot), «HD Consultant» (Human Design, @humandbot), «Predictor» (Matrix of Fate, @matrixobot) and «Astrologer» (@astroxibot), hereinafter collectively referred to as the Service.
1.2. In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is a public offer. The start of using the Service, as well as the payment for paid services, means full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) by the Customer of all terms of this offer.
1.3. The Customer confirms that he/she has read the terms of this offer and the Privacy Policy (https://exeteric.com/privacy-policy/) before starting to use the Service.
2. Terms and Definitions
2.1. Service — the combination of the website exeteric.com and the EXETERIC Telegram bots providing informational and consultative materials in the field of esotericism, astrology, dreams, Human Design and the Matrix of Fate.
2.2. Services — providing the Customer with access to the functions of the Service: dream interpretation, natal chart, Human Design bodygraph, Matrix of Fate calculations, consultations based on these methods, maintaining a dream journal and saved profiles.
2.3. Premium Subscription — a paid service that provides the Customer with extended access to the functions of the Service (unlimited requests, voice messages and other features specified in the Service).
2.4. Payment system — FreeKassa, through which the Premium Subscription is paid.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with access to the functions of the Service in accordance with the terms of this offer, and the Customer undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the terms of the offer and to pay for paid services.
3.2. The Services of the Service are of an informational, entertainment and consultative nature. The results of interpretations, calculations and consultations are hypotheses and food for thought, are not medical, psychological, legal or financial conclusions and cannot serve as a basis for making decisions that affect the life and health of the Customer.
4. Procedure for Using the Service
4.1. Access to the Service is provided free of charge. Certain functions of the Service are available free of charge with restrictions (daily message limits) specified in the Service.
4.2. To use the Service, the Customer needs a Telegram messenger account and/or Internet access.
4.3. The Customer undertakes not to use the Service for illegal purposes, not to attempt to disrupt the operation of the Service, and not to automate requests to the Service in ways not provided by the Service.
5. Premium Subscription
5.1. The Premium Subscription provides the Customer with extended access to the functions of the Service for the period specified when choosing the tariff (7 or 30 days).
5.2. Tariffs and the cost of the Subscription are indicated in the Service at the time of payment. The cost may be changed by the Provider unilaterally, while the terms of the paid Subscription remain fully in effect for the Customer.
5.3. Subscription payment is made through the Payment system. Subscription renewal is one-time and not automatic; to renew, the Customer must pay for the Subscription again.
5.4. Payment for the Subscription means full and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of the terms of this offer and the Privacy Policy.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Provider
6.1. The Provider undertakes to ensure the operation of the Service in accordance with the terms of this offer.
6.2. The Provider has the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the Service for maintenance, as well as in case of failures in the operation of equipment, communication channels or actions of third parties.
6.3. The Provider has the right to change the terms of this offer, the functionality of the Service, tariffs and free access limits unilaterally, notifying the Customer by posting a new version of the offer at https://exeteric.com/public-offer/.
7. Rights and Obligations of the Customer
7.1. The Customer has the right to use the Service for personal non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of the offer.
7.2. The Customer has the right to contact the Service support team (Telegram @aixvz, email aixvz@exeteric.com) regarding the operation of the Service and Subscription payment.
7.3. The Customer undertakes to provide reliable data when using the Service and not to transfer access to his/her Telegram account to third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Service is provided on an «as is» basis. The Provider does not guarantee the continuity, error-free operation and security of the Service and is not liable for losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
8.2. Materials, interpretations, calculations and consultations provided by the Service are of an informational and entertainment nature. The Provider is not responsible for decisions made by the Customer based on such materials and for their consequences.
8.3. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the Premium Subscription, unless otherwise established by applicable law.
9. Refunds
9.1. The Premium Subscription is activated immediately after payment. Given that services are provided in electronic form and are provided to the Customer at the time of payment, refunds for an activated Subscription are made in cases provided by applicable law and upon review of the Customer's request by the support service (Telegram @aixvz, email aixvz@exeteric.com).
9.2. To consider a refund request, the Customer must provide the order number and payment date.
10. Confidentiality and Personal Data
10.1. Processing of the Customer's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted at https://exeteric.com/privacy-policy/.
10.2. By providing information about his/her dreams, date, time and place of birth, the Customer confirms consent to their processing for the purpose of providing the Services.
11. Term of Validity and Changes to the Offer
11.1. This offer comes into force from the moment it is posted at https://exeteric.com/public-offer/ and is valid until it is withdrawn or replaced by a new version.
11.2. The Provider has the right to make changes to this offer. A new version of the offer comes into force from the moment it is posted at the specified address, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
11.3. Continued use of the Service after changes to the terms of the offer means the Customer's consent to the new version.
